Farshchi and partners company (ARMIN EXCHANGE) has obtained licence NO.NS /2679 from the Central Bank of Iran on October 12/2005.
The formal operations has been started since December 18 /2005 Under supervision and lows and regulations of the Central Bank of Iran.
Farshchi and partners company (ARMIN EXCHANGE) registered at the Industrial Ownership and Companies Department under licence no .252111 on August 6/2005 .
The main purpose of the company is buying and selling of the major foreign currencies in cash and draft as well as gold and silver coins under lows and regulations of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Farshchi and partners company (ARMIN EXCHANGE) commenced its operations in November 2005 under authorization NO.SN/2679 of the Central Bank of I.R.of Iran dated October 12/2005 under the management of Mr. Morteza Farshchi
Afore-mentioned person is acquainted whit services management and operations in the Central Bank of Iran and was retired after 30 years in 2004.
In accordance whit his experience in Treasury and Bank Issue Department of the Central Bank of Iran as well as more than two decades services in one of the monetary cooperation organization named the Asia Cleaning Union (ACU) that is the regional monetary arrangement among the Central Banks in Asia and The Pacific region.
Mr. Farshchi and partners now has established this company under supervision of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran .
Mr. Farshchi at the third decade of his service in the Central Bank of Iran was Deputy Secretary General and Chief of the Secretariat of the Asian Clearing Union (ACU).He retired at this position. For more information please approach to site: www.asianclearingunion.org
Mr. Farshchi upon retirement from the Central Bank of Iran in october 2004 preside over the secretary of the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) Governors meeting which was held in Tehran in April 2005 .
His experince was accumulated during three past decades on monetary and financial cooperation due to participation in the working group of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Lows (UNCITRAL) as well as participation at the international sessions and seminars (for example United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pasific (UNESCAP) and United Nation Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) .
Active attendance in the meetings of the Board of Directors of the Asia Cleaning Union (ACU) which were held annually by the Governors of the Centrral Bank in one of the ACU's member countries .
